Senior Executive / Executive (Planning & Development)

Reporting to the Head of Senior Services, the incumbent will support strategic planning, data management, digital initiatives and staff‑related projects for Senior Services, contributing to service development, innovation and organisational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development, monitoring and reporting of departmental workplans, KPIs and key initiatives across Senior Services.
• Coordinate and implement pilot projects and change initiatives, including tracking timelines, risks and outcomes.
• Collect, consolidate and analyse programme and operational data to generate insights for planning, performance monitoring and impact evaluation.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and presentations for management, funders and other stakeholders.
• Assist in the implementation and user administration of key digital systems, including user set‑up, training coordination and basic troubleshooting liaison.
• Document processes, SOPs and system guides to support standardisation and effective operations.
• Provide coordination and administrative support for department‑wide training, orientation and staff welfare or culture‑building activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Degree in a related discipline such as Public Health, Social Sciences, Data/Information Management or equivalent.
• At least 3–5 years’ relevant experience in healthcare, social services or public sector planning/operations.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and presentation tools; experience with data visualisation or analytics tools will be an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines, with attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Good understanding or interest in Singapore’s ageing and community care landscape.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with operations teams and internal/external stakeholders.
