About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive, Clinical Operations to support the operational performance and service quality across our clinics.
You will work closely with clinicians and management to ensure regulatory compliance, optimise patient flow, and drive operational improvements. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in healthcare operations, clinic administration, or hospital support services who enjoy both on-ground coordination and analytical work.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Compliance
- Ensure clinics comply with MOH regulations, internal policies and ISO/service standards
- Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations
- Monitor patient flow, service turnaround time and operational efficiency
- Support audits, inspections and regulatory documentation
Performance & Quality Improvement
- Track and analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare operational and performance reports for management
- Identify service gaps and implement process improvement initiatives
- Conduct periodic reviews and updates of operational workflows and policies
Projects & Programme Implementation
- Support rollout of new clinical services and programmes
- Prepare proposals, presentations and implementation plans
- Act as secretariat for operational and quality improvement committees
- Coordinate across doctors, nurses and administrative teams
Financial & Administrative Management
- Support budgeting, procurement and cost control
- Monitor operational expenses and utilisation
- Assist in vendor coordination and resource planning
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in healthcare / clinic / hospital operations
- Familiar with Singapore MOH regulations and healthcare compliance standards
- Strong analytical skills and experience handling operational data
- Comfortable preparing reports and presentations (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Experience with EMR/clinic management systems preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary healthcare environment
- Korean language proficiency is an advantage (to liaise with Korean-speaking stakeholders)
