Senior Executive , Claims / Billing / AR (MNC | Distribution / FMCG - Lorong Chuan ) UP 4.5K -#HYT

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure claimable expenses are billed accurately and within contractual or agreed timelines, supported by complete documentation and clear audit trails
• Perform regular reconciliation of client accounts, identifying variances, unbilled items, and potential ageing risks
• Monitor claims ageing, non-payment trends, and irregularities, and proactively follow up with clients, Business Units, and internal stakeholders
• Investigate and resolve claims-related queries through root cause analysis and corrective action tracking
• Review L and J balances at month-end, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely clearance where applicable
• Support the achievement of monthly Accounts Receivable and claims KPIs, including preparation of analysis and commentary
• Provide structured guidance to team members in handling client and Business Unit queries, ensuring consistency and adherence to controls
• Represent the Claims function in monthly AR KPI meetings and quarterly business reviews, presenting status updates, risks, and action plans
• Engage and manage key stakeholders with professionalism, clarity, and firmness where required
• Drive process improvement initiatives, including automation and system enhancements, in collaboration with the Manager and relevant teams
• Participate in or lead assigned projects aligned with Finance governance and departmental priorities
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in claims, accounts receivable, or finance operations
