Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Contract, Div of Med-Paeds ACP)

We invite applications for the position of Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Clinical) within the Administration Team of the Division of Medicine/Paediatrics Academic Clinical Programme. The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager will play a vital role in supporting all administrative and operational functions of the division. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive clinical operations and administrative support. Scheduling of meetings, preparation of agendas, recording and maintaining meeting minutes, development of reports and provision of data on an annual and/or ad-hoc basis.
• Enhancing patient outcomes, promoting safety, and facilitating quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with colleagues across institutions, including the SingHealth Duke-NUS Joint Office of Academic Office.
• Fostering a culture of safety and excellence within the healthcare environment.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration/Business Management, or a related field or Diploma holder in Business Administration/Business Management, or a related field with 8 years’ relevant experience.
• Additional coursework or demonstrated interest in science, healthcare, or medical research is highly preferred.
• Strong writing, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player and yet able to work independently.
• Strong analytical, organising and prioritising skills.
• Strong coordinating and facilitation skills.
• Possess positive personality with high initiative.
• Adept at handling complex, ambiguous and challenging situations and comfortable with changes within a fluid environment and a growing organisation.
• Familiar with the use of basic IT programs.
