Senior Engineer (Telecommunication & Commissioning) #JTL

Project Delivery

• Lead the design, build, and implementation of Tier-1 turnkey projects for public sector clients.
• Install, configure, test, and commission telecommunication and IT solutions, ensuring smooth transition from project handover to operations.
• Perform OS hardening and security compliance (e.g., CIS benchmarks, patch management, vulnerability remediation).
• Prepare technical documentation, implementation guides, security hardening checklists and troubleshooting procedures.

Operations & Support

• Provide 24/7 technical support (on a rotational basis) for mission-critical systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across systems, networks, and firewalls.
• Conduct Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT) in line with security policies, ensuring vulnerabilities are remediated promptly.
• Collaborate with global vendors to escalate, track, and close technical issues.
