Senior Clinical Psychologist

We are currently seeking an energetic, passionate Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamics team and help us to redefine the future of healthcare.

Job Responsibilities:

• To develop and implement individual or group psychological intervention/therapy for children and families, adults coping with emotional, behavioural and social difficulties. 
• Conduct psychological assessments for a range of clinical issues.
• Analyse results of psychological assessments and provide recommendations based on individual needs.
• Write detailed psychological reports and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.
• Provide complete documentation and records of assessments and treatments according to company policies.

• Work in a multi-disciplinary team of professionals, including occupational therapists, speech therapists and SPED teachers.

Requirements:

1. Master or PhD Clinical Psychology from accredited university.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in pediatrics preferred.
3. Registered psychologist with a recognized professional body or the Singapore Psychological Society.
4. Experience in identifying psychological, emotional, or behavioural issues and providing psychological interventions to children and their families
5. Administered in case formulation and experience in delivering therapeutic interventions (eg. CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR and other best practice interventions)
6. Knowledge and skills in conducting risk assessments for suicide and self-harm.

   7. Excellent communication skills, specifically the ability to communicate with children and adolescents of different ages and from different cultural and socio-economics backgrounds.

8. Must be approachable and empathic.

9. Knowledge and skills in conducting mental health assessments for children and adolescents.
