Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our growing data products team. In this role, you’ll

• lead cross-functional engagement with senior stakeholders and management to define strategic data requirements

• drive working groups independently, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with enterprise priorities

• maintain an end-to-end perspective on data flows, dependencies, and impacts across systems and processes

• translate business objectives into robust data models and governance frameworks

• facilitate executive-level workshops and communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences

• oversee impact analysis for changes in data structures and advise on downstream implications

• champion best practices in data modeling, governance, and quality across divisions

• be interested in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a global team

Your team :

You will be joining the ML Products & Platform crew in Singapore and will be part of a global team focused on delivering data products and models to unlock the benefits of AI Agents at scale. This senior role includes significant responsibilities, development possibilities and the chance to drive new solutions for the Bank in a pivotal area.

Your expertise :

• master's degree in business administration, computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent experience and at least 5 years of experience working in similar a position

• extensive experience as a Business Analyst or similar role with a strong focus on data modeling

• deep understanding of relational and dimensional data modeling, governance, and data quality principles

• exceptional communication and teamwork skills, able to work independently and collaboratively with other teams

• fluent in English with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms

• strategic thinking with the ability to maintain a holistic, end-to-end view of data ecosystems
