• Conduct in-depth consultations and assessments to curate bespoke treatment programs.
• Provide expert beauty and wellness advice, ensuring clients feel confident and well cared for.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through attentive service and follow-up.
• Support the brand’s growth through consultative sales, introducing suitable treatment plans, packages, and premium products.
• Consistently uphold the Luminashape service standard, creating an elegant and welcoming environment that reflects our brand values.
• Strive for excellence in customer satisfaction and contribute to a harmonious, professional team culture.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or client advisory roles is highly valued.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with our diverse clientele.
• Possess a polished, well-groomed appearance and a genuine passion for beauty and wellness.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the confidence to recommend premium services.
• Background or certification in beauty, aesthetics, or wellness is an advantage (training provided).
• Positive, self-motivated, and committed to delivering excellence in every client interaction.
• Singaporean and PR candidates preferred.
