Senior Bank Officer #JTL

• Providing parameters support for domestic & international Trade Finance related processes.
• Perform client static data maintenance on day to day basis, ensure work accomplishment in strict compliance with Regulatory, Bank’s policies, guidelines and control.
• Ensure timely and accurate service delivery in accordance with Service Level Agreement.
• Monitor all requests on client static data maintenance and reconcile periodically throughout the day. Additionally, track some of the other daily reports and perform reconciliation as needed.
• Contribute to various process improvements and other projects as allocated.
• May require to support other countries overseas branches during Singapore holiday. (will be informed in advance and 1 day OIL will be given if need to work during SG PHs)
• Assist with other risk and control related activities as assigned.
• Assist with clearing backlogs, handle administrative and any adhoc projects as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Banking & Finance/ Information Systems / Computer Science/ Business Management or other applicable fields
• Minimum of 1–2 years of related work experience in banks for Senior Officer level
• Proficient in MS Excel, able to use pivot tables/vlookup and hands on knowledge in basic macros/phython will be an added advantage but not mandatory
