We operate a multi-manager platform with a strong focus on equities across selected markets. Our investment approach is driven by deep, bottom-up fundamental research and the identification of earnings surprises to generate alpha.

We are seeking a Senior Analyst work for CEO to support his research & business development. Not only research primarily in equities market but also lead business expansion and support marketing with marketing team and senior managememt. Candidate are expected to have depth in knowledge and experiecne in equities analyst as well as business mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Business Management

✔ Support CEO and senior management`s research activities.

✔ Work closely with CEOs for business expansion in the APAC region and beyond.

✔ Organization management and maintenance

✔ Company culture development

✔ Talent hiring / investment team building support

Requirements

🔹 Strong analytical background with experience covering equities in at least one major market.

🔹 Relevant language proficiency aligned with the coverage market.

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

🔹 Minimum of 5 years of experience in equity research, investment banking, or asset management; more experienced candidates are welcome.

🔹 Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, comparables, etc.).

🔹 Independent thinker with attention to detail and a strong interest in fundamental investing.

🔹 Familiarity with research tools such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and financial databases is a plus.

🔹 Work at brokerage firm coveing hedge funds or worked at hedge fund as an analyst or business development lead.
