Course Registration and Curriculum Planning

• Provide course planning advice to students.
• Assist with students’ course registration requests.
• Assist with CR documentations and records update.
• Manage and provide timely update on the company Intranet, including but not limited to Course Outline, Course Catalogue, Course Curriculum, Programme Structure, etc.
• Should be ready to anticipate unexpected changes or demanding requests from stakeholders and, if they occur, promptly analyze and provide solutions.

Others

• Assist in shared administrative duties to facilitate office operations such as managing the undergraduate e-mailboxes.
• Review and improve work processes and maintain SOPs relating to scope of work.
• Maintain proper documentation and archival of information.
• Support ad-hoc projects and assist in events such as Open House and Convocation.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
• Foster continuous and effective communication with partner schools and other departments to ensure strategic decision-making that benefits all stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or other professional field
• Preferably with 2 to 3 years of relevant administration experiences
• Proficient in MS Excel
