Secretary

We are looking for a professional Bilingual Executive Secretary to support our client senior management team. You will act as the primary link between the executive office and global stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations by bridging language and cultural gaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Support: Provide daily administrative support to Japanese senior management.( Native speaker)
• Bilingual Communication: Manage phone calls and professional correspondence in both English and Japanese.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take bilingual minutes.
• Translation & Interpretation: Translate documents/emails and provide verbal interpretation during briefings.
• Travel & Logistics: Organize travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.
• Information Management: Organize files and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Office Relations: Maintain an organized office and interact professionally with high-level clients.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience as a Secretary or Executive Assistant.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Japanese (N2 level or N1) and English (written and spoken).
• Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Japanese typing systems.
• Organization: Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
• Discretion: Ability to multitask and handle sensitive information professionally.
