Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Scalp Treatments: Apply scalp therapies and massages, ensuring a clean and hygienic work area.
• Consult Clients: Assess scalp and hair conditions to recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Educate Clients: Share tips on scalp health and proper hair care to enhance treatment results.
• Maintain Tools & Supplies: Keep equipment clean, organized, and stocked for daily use.
• Support Admin Tasks: Assist with appointment scheduling, calls, and client enquiries.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with salon and marketing team members.

Requirements:

• Physically Fit: Able to stand and perform treatments for extended periods.
• Good Communicator: Clear and friendly when explaining treatments or answering questions.
• Detail-Oriented: Careful and precise in following procedures.
• Clean & Professional: Maintain hygiene standards and present a polished image.
