Key Responsibilities

Scalp Treatment Services

Perform professional scalp treatments and hair therapy services

Conduct basic scalp analysis and consultation

Recommend suitable treatments and products based on scalp condition

Ensure high standards of hygiene, service quality, and treatment protocols

Customer Experience

Provide a premium, relaxing, and personalised experience for customers

Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits

Educate customers on proper scalp care and hair wellness

Sales & Retail

Recommend suitable treatment packages and scalp care products

Achieve individual and team sales targets

Operations Support

Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before services

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the outlet

Assist in stock control and product display

Job Requirements

Experience in hair salon, scalp care, beauty, or spa industry preferred

Experience in scalp treatment, hair washing, or head spa is an advantage

Passionate about beauty, hair care, and wellness

Good communication and customer service skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Training will be provided for candidates without scalp treatment experience.
