Job Description

Work Tues – Sat ( According to Europe/ US working days )

Working hours : 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities :

To be accountable for the receipt and the processing of irreplaceable clinical trial specimens.
To perform a variety of tasks depending on the specific trials projects
To receive shipments for the departments from the different couriers and perform all related tasks.
To resolve misrouted shipments (not intended and perform all related tasks.
To open and clean inbound shipments.
To ensure QC of the discarded material to prevent any failures and report to management as needed.
To maintain temperature of specimen in received condition.
To Scan shipments into the database.
To archive requisitions using the document management system.
