SALON OPERATION DIRECTOR

• Incharge of the overall management and profitability of the salon.
• Evaluate outlet operations and establish action plans for continuous improvement.
• Perform advanced hair cutting and hair coloring such as highlights, ombre, and balayage.
• Styles hair, including blowouts, curls, braids, ponytails, and updos.
• Train and develop staff into service professionals and groom high potential into leadership roles
• Curate marketing promotions to attract and retain new and existing customers.
• Conduct monthy skillset trainings
• Develops ongoing relationships with clients
• Upsells clients on products and services
• Developing and implementing sales processes for all staffs
• Researching and analyzing data to create sales forecasts

Requirements

• Atleast 15 years of relevant experience (salon base) at management level.
• Results driven and customer-oriented
• Good leadership skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Passionate creative about hair, beauty and fashion
