Job Summary

Contact potential and existing clients to promote skincare products and services, schedule appointments, follow up on sales, and gather customer feedback to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing clients via phone to promote skincare products, treatments, and services
• Explain clearly the benefits of beauty and skincare products, treatments, and ongoing promotions to customers
• Schedule consultations, product demonstrations, or treatment appointments with beauty consultants
• Conduct follow-up calls to handle customer enquiries and encourage repeat purchases
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead generation targets
• Collect customer feedback on products and services and report insights to management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills to build rapport over the phone
• Confident persuasion and negotiation skills to pitch products and close sales
• Effective time management skills to handle a high volume of calls and complete follow-up tasks
• Customer-focused mindset to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Proficient in spoken Chinese to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
