Job Description

Job Overview:

This role involves reaching out to learners who are at risk of withdrawing, becoming unresponsive, or rescheduling their courses. The primary objective is to encourage learners to stay committed to their courses, reinforcing their initial motivation for enrollment and ensuring successful course completion.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to learners who have withdrawn, become unresponsive, or rescheduled their courses to understand their concerns and re-engage them.

  • Effectively communicate the benefits of course completion and provide motivation tailored to each learner’s goals.

  • Utilize persuasive and empathetic communication strategies to encourage learners to stay enrolled.

  • Maintain accurate records of learner interactions, concerns, and resolutions in the organization’s CRM system.

  • Collaborate with the academic and administrative teams to address learner concerns and provide relevant support.

  • Identify common reasons for learner withdrawal or disengagement and suggest improvements to enhance learner retention.

  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure learners attend and complete their courses successfully.

  • Provide excellent customer service and create a supportive learning environment for all students.

  • Stay updated on course offerings, schedules, and learner support resources to provide accurate information.                                                                   


Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, persuade, and empathize with learners.

  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.

  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to using CRM systems and other digital tools.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple learner cases simultaneously.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a learner-first approach.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

  • Prior experience in customer service, student engagement, or education-related roles is a plus.
