 Oversee system integration, data flow validation, and end-to-end testing.

 Prepare launch readiness plans and communication materials for distributors.

 Monitor service performance and drive corrective actions after launch.

 Analyze usage data and customer feedback to propose service improvements.

 Maintain project documentation and governance reporting.

 Manage project budgets.
