Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our retail beauty team. You will play a key role in driving sales performance, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the team delivers a premium skincare experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Distribute samples to attract and engage shoppers
• Proactively approach customers, deliver persuasive sales pitches, and convert leads into sales
• Offer personalized skincare consultations, mini facials, and hand demos
• Recommend suitable treatment plans and skincare products tailored to customer needs
• Provide brochures, flyers, and product literature to educate and support customers
• Build long-term relationships by understanding customer preferences and providing tailored service
• Achieve monthly sales targets and motivate the team to exceed expectations
• Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing
• Continuously update and share skincare product knowledge; act as a go-to expert for customers
• Conduct product and brand training sessions for team members when needed
• Support all daily operations including stock management, customer service, and housekeeping

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in proactive cosmetic sales within a retail environment
• Industry Background: Experience in the skincare or beauty industry is essential
• Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of skincare and cosmetic products
• Sales-Driven: Goal-oriented, enthusiastic about beauty, and motivated to exceed targets

• Adaptability: Able to work on rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
