Sales Management Manager

Job Descriptions:

· Customer Relationship Management: Support sales to develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

· Marketing Event Coordination: Plan and support customer invitation and engagement activities for marketing events to enhance customer involvement and brand awareness.

· Sales KPI Management: Assist in setting, tracking, and achieving sales targets (KPI); analyze performance data regularly.

· Project Operations Management: Support projects operation, ensuring effective execution to meet business objectives.

Requirements:

· A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.

· At least 5 years of relevant experience in ICT project financial control, sales-to-cash cycle management, or sales operations.

· Relevant experience in sales management, customer operations, or project management are preferred.

· Proven track record in budget planning, financial forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking for large-scale projects or business units.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking).

· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

· A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.

· Proficiency in Mandarin, both written and verbal, to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
