SALES EXECUTIVES / COURSE CONSULTANTS

Job Title: Sales Executive (Private Education / Training Sector)

Job Purpose 

We are looking for a Sales Executive / Consultants with prior experience in the Private Education or Training sector to drive corporate enrolments and training sales. The role focuses on lead follow-up, programme consultation, and conversion of prospects into enrolments. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Generate corporate leads. Build and maintain relationships with students, and corporate clients 

• Handle enquiries and follow up on leads for academic programmes and/or training courses 

• Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets 

• Conduct course consultations and advise prospective students or corporate clients 

• Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to enrolment confirmation 

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems 

• Support marketing campaigns, roadshows, education fairs, and open houses 

• Ensure compliance with internal sales processes and PEI requirements 

Requirements 

• Mandatory: Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in the Private Education or Training sector in Singapore 

• Experience in student enrolment sales and/or corporate training sales 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Target-driven and comfortable working with sales KPIs 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

• Familiarity with Singapore PEI environment (e.g. EduTrust / CPE) is an advantage
