Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and people-oriented Sales professional to drive business growth by promoting manpower recruitment and HR services. You will engage clients, coordinate recruitment efforts, and manage the full sales cycle to achieve targets and deliver effective staffing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement to identify hiring and manpower needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions that align with business objectives
• Develop new client accounts and nurture relationships with existing customers to expand service adoption and retention
• Coordinate with recruitment consultants to ensure timely and successful candidate placements that meet client requirements
• Manage the end-to-end sales and recruitment cycle, from initial client contact through to placement closure, ensuring seamless service delivery
• Prepare accurate quotations and service agreements, and proactively follow up with clients to secure commitments
• Monitor and apply current manpower regulations, market trends, and client demands to inform recruitment strategies and maintain compliance
• Collaborate effectively within teams and independently to meet sales targets and contribute to organizational goals
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate clear, professional interactions with clients and internal stakeholders

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in manpower, recruitment, HR, or sales environments preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and grow within the manpower and HR industry
