Job Summary

Join Phillip Wain as a Sales Consultant to actively sell and service clients, develop monthly sales strategies, and promote our fitness and beauty products and services to support our growth.

Responsibilities

• Sell Phillip Wain’s fitness and beauty products and services to meet monthly sales targets
• Develop and implement a monthly sales plan to drive revenue growth
• Provide professional and courteous service to clients to build lasting relationships
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Promote Phillip Wain’s products and services consistently to increase brand awareness
• Work retail operating hours, including weekends and public holidays, to support customer needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably in the beauty, spa, or fitness industry
• Ability to communicate clearly and tactfully with clients and team members at all levels
• Commercial awareness to identify sales opportunities and respond effectively
• Resourcefulness and confidence in presenting sales objectives persuasively
