Job Summary

The Sales Associate will represent our branded watches at retail locations by engaging customers, demonstrating product features, and driving sales to meet targets while delivering a premium customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers proactively to promote branded watch products and understand their needs to recommend suitable models
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective customer interaction and product promotion
• Deliver consistent, premium customer service that enhances the brand experience
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of watch collections, specifications, and brand story to confidently demonstrate product features to customers
• Stay informed about new product launches and promotional campaigns to provide up-to-date information to customers
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing display counters following brand guidelines
• Conduct regular stock checks and report replenishment needs to ensure product availability
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Support store and corporate events, roadshows, and promotional campaigns as needed
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to retail standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively
• Confident, energetic, and service-oriented attitude to represent a premium brand
• Team player with high integrity and proactive approach to work
• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail or sales environment, preferably in watches, fashion, or luxury sectors
• Well-groomed appearance suitable for representing a premium brand
• Willingness to undergo training for watch product knowledge if lacking prior experience
