Sales & Shipping Administrator #JTL

• Assist the manager to co-ordinate with vendors/forwarders/service providers on:-

           a) Import and export shipments from USA and Region
b) Logistics (overseas and local)
c) Orders
d) Delivery

• Work with the transport agent (3rd party) for the weekly shipment arrangements.
• Prepare the required documents for the imported goods and ensure warehousing has been allocated accordingly.
• Periodical review of the stock level. Plan and execute product replenishment.
• Co-ordinate with contractors on local sales and deliveries
• Prepare and verify various documentation, including shipping documents, inventory reports, purchase orders, invoices, payments…etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business / Logistics Supply Chain or equivalent
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in planning, logistics, trading or supply chain management
