Job Description
We are seeking for a Sales & Operation Admin Assistant to support our sales team and product documentation processes. This role primarily focuses on creating SOPs for new bakery products, based on recipes developed by the factory. The position will also support the sales team by preparing sales-related documents/reports, data consolidation based on instructions from sales team and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
▶️Product & SOP Support
• Assist in creating SOPs for new bakery products (approximately 2-3 items monthly).
• Compile ingredient details, costing and pricing from factory recipes.
• Document preparation steps, baking guidelines and quality standards.
• Maintain and organize SOPs records.
▶️Sales & Reporting
• Support preparation of sales reports and summaries.
• Monitor performance of new product launches.
• Compile and track weekly sales data.
▶️Admin & Coordination
• Update documents, reports and presentation materials.
• Assist sales team with data updates and formatting.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting tasks.
Requirements:
• SINGAPOREANS ONLY
• Candidates with F&B/Bakery/Food Production experience will be preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.
• Familiarity with SOPs or food preparation documentation is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized and willing to learn.
• Comfortable following guidelines and templates.
• Willing to travel to outlets when required.
