Sales & Membership Executive - Fitness *Central*

• Identify and engage potential clients through various channels including walk-ins, online inquiries, and referrals.
• Qualify leads through effective communication to understand their fitness goals and needs.
• Present and promote personal training programs to potential clients.
• Conduct consultations and tours of the facility, showcasing the benefits of our personalized training programs.
• Follow up with leads through personalized communication to nurture relationships and convert them into members.
• Close sales by understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and overcoming objections.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track lead statuses in the CRM.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and promotions that drive new memberships
• Participate in community events and networking opportunities to generate new leads and increase brand awareness

Requirement

• Experience of at least 3+ years in a sales role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and understand client needs.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
