• Formulating and executing digital marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Planning, implementing, and monitoring online marketing campaigns across various channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu and Tiktok.
• Managing content calendars and ensuring timely delivery of content across channels.
• Building and maintaining a strong social media presence for the company.
• Utilizing CRM tools to manage and schedule customer appointments.
• Analyzing and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various metrics and tools.
