Sales and Business Development Manager

The Sales and Business Development Manager will play a key role in expanding our client base and strengthening our market presence. You will drive the sales and marketing outreach through the internal sales team as well as external channel sales/service partners to increase the pipeline and business growth.

●     Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations.

●     Train and manage internal Sales Team and external channel sales partners.

●     Identify outreach channels and marketing opportunities.

●     Roll out sales initiatives and monitor progress.

●     Perform home visits and explain value proposition to homeowners to secure contracts.

●     Liaise with solar installation partners and internal operations team for follow up actions.

●     We offer an attractive remuneration package with base salary combined with commission based upside based on sales achieved.
