ROOM RESERVATION EXECUTIVE

Responding to phone and email inquiries from guests regarding reservations, cancellations, and changes to reservations.

Managing room inventory to optimize revenue and occupancy.

Handling data entry to ensure that all reservation information is correct.

Collaborating with other hotel departments regarding guest requirements.

Managing bookings for group events and coordinating with meeting planner

Require minimum "O" level with relavent experience working in sales or public relations, preferably in the hospitality or travel industries.

Customer-service experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Proficient in digital knowledge
