To continue the legacy of Goodwood Park, we are looking for dynamic and committed candidates to join our Revenue & Reservations Department. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Revenue, your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:-

Job Summary

  • Directly support the Assistant Director of Revenue in ensuring the success of the revenue management and strategy of the hotel.

  • Assists to maximise room revenue and occupancy by analysing market trends, setting pricing strategies, and managing distribution channels.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting daily room rates based on demand, seasonality, and competitor pricing. Monitor occupancy levels and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.

  • Support the implementation and dissemination of the pricing and revenue strategy.

  • Analyse historical data, booking patterns and market trends to help identify yielding opportunities, develop pricing strategies and track key performance indicators such as RevPAR, ADR and Occupancy levels.

  • Generate and provides accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.

  • Monitor all distribution channels regularly and work with the marketing team to ensure that the content remains accurate, competitive, current, and relevant.

  • Oversee and maintain distribution partnerships with online travel agents or partners to track performance and ensure compliance.

  • Ensure that all revenue management related systems are properly configured, validated, and operating at maximum efficiency, and ensure that any connectivity issues are resolved for smooth operations.

  • Assist to ensure rate parity across all platforms.

  • Assist in the Forecast, Strategic Planning, Marketing Plan and Budgeting processes.

  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by Management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Diploma level qualification or equivalent.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.

  • Resourceful, able to work independently and a good team player.

  • Able to commence work within short notice would be an advantage.
