We make beautiful, functional swimwear for the whole family, crafted from recycled plastic bottles. And for every single item sold, we remove 1KG of plastic from the ocean. 💥 What You’ll Do:

• Inspire & Educate: Share our sustainability mission with every customer.
• Deliver WOW Service: Help with sizing, styling, and leave customers smiling.
• Keep It Fresh: Maintain eye-catching visual displays and a tidy, inviting store.
• Sell with Passion: Upsell and style full outfits - boost those basket sizes!
• Be the Brand: Live and breathe the Sandbar story, and bring it to life in-store.
• Lead the Vibe: Create a welcoming, upbeat environment that customers love.
• Crush Sales Goals: Be driven by goals - and get rewarded for hitting them!

🌟 Who You Are:

• Based in Singapore (Citizen or PR only)
• 2 years’ retail experience (fashion or family/kids wear is a bonus!)
• Super social – confident, chatty, and full of positive energy
• Upto 5 days a week, including some weekends or holidays (extra pay!)
• Sales-driven and results-oriented
• Fluent in English (bonus points for additional languages!)
• Hungry to grow – we're building leaders from the inside!
