About the role
We are seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Mt.Sapola. As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations. What you'll be doing

1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing a positive shopping experience
2. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
3. Achieve sales targets and KPIs through effective selling techniques and upselling
4. Maintain a well-organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring optimal product presentation
5. Accurately process cash and card transactions, handle customer inquiries, and process returns or exchanges
6. Collaborate with the team to ensure store operations run smoothly, including inventory management and stock replenishment
7. Contribute to the overall success of the store by providing feedback and suggestions for improvement

What we're looking for

1. With or without previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role, preferably in the consumer products or fashion industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
4. Enthusiasm for the retail industry and a passion for delivering a positive shopping experience
5. Good numerical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately
6. Flexibility to work during store hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
