Customer Service:Greet and welcome customers with a friendly attitude.
Understand customers’ needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
Share detailed product knowledge to help customers make informed decisions.
Sales:Assist customers in selecting and purchasing Ethan K handbags and accessories.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
Meet personal and store sales targets.
Product Knowledge:Learn about our luxury products, including materials, craftsmanship, and special features.
Stay updated on new arrivals and collections.
Store Presentation:Ensure the store is tidy, organized, and visually appealing.
Arrange and display products according to company standards.
Inventory Management:Assist with stock checks, replenishments, and inventory control.
Report damaged or missing items promptly.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):Build and maintain relationships with customers for repeat business.
Record customer preferences and contact details for future follow-ups.
