Retail Sales Assistant (Retail Shift)

Our client is a leader in the Retail MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Retail Sales Assistant to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in Paragon and MBS.

Job Responsibilities:

• Aim to achieve personal sales targets and contribute to the overall store sales objectives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
• Address customer inquiries or complaints and provide professional feedback.
• Ensure that visual and merchandise displays are maintained in accordance with corporate guidelines.
• Participate in inventory management tasks.
• Assist the Store Manager/Supervisor in preparing retail reports.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in retail sales
• Sales driven
• Good Customer Service
• Good Communication Skills
• Confident and outgoing
