Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional, and personalized service experience to every customer
• Achieve sales targets through excellent customer engagement and product knowledge
• Handle cashiering and assist in store operations, including stock management
• Ensure the counter/boutique is well-maintained, clean, and presentable at all times
• Work closely with your team to create a positive and supportive environment

Requirements

• Passionate about retail and customer service
• Friendly, confident, and well-groomed with good communication skills
• Able to commit to retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Willing to work at various store locations
• Full-time hours: 42 hours per week (overtime when required)
