Retail Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Overall responsible for the daily operations of the retail branch, ensuring efficient and smooth business performance.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, ensuring monthly KPIs and targets are consistently achieved.

• Oversee workshop operations, maintaining high service standards while ensuring quality control and safety compliance.

• Review and manage purchasing activities, invoices, and cash flow to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.

• Coordinate the collection, delivery, and inventory movement of goods in a timely and secure manner.

• Handle online customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and actively promote the company’s products and services through digital channels.

• Train, supervise, and motivate staff to enhance productivity, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

• Resolve operational issues and customer complaints promptly and professionally.

• Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing a retail outlet or leading operational teams.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with staff, customers, and suppliers.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, KPIs, and operational reports.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to manage daily operational challenges and escalations.

• Ability to identify and differentiate genuine products from counterfeit items.

• Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in management, retail operations, or a related field.

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently under pressure.
