Retail Manager

The Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing the store team. This role plays a key part in achieving business goals, maintaining brand standards, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive sales targets and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
2. Drive initiatives to improve footfall, conversion rates, and average transaction values at the store level.
3. Manage the day-to-day store operations to ensure a seamless and smooth customer experience
4. Collaborate with buying and merchandising team to curate product ranges that align with customer needs and preferences.
5. Drive the successful execution of seasonal campaigns and promotional activities at the store level
6. Oversee store inventory levels and ensure the highest level of inventory accuracy by monitoring, scheduling and ordering inventory as required
7. Maintain outstanding store conditions and work closely with the Visual Merchandising team to optimize displays in-store
8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management
3. Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques.
4. Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
