Job Scope:

• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
• Process payments and handle cash register operations
• Restock shelves and maintain store cleanliness
• Promote products and support sales targets
• Handle returns and customer complaints
• Monitor inventory and report stock shortages
• Follow departmental store policies and provide excellent customer service

Requirement:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior retail experience will be an advantage
