Working Hours

Operating Shifts (subject to adjustment):

• Morning Shift: 10:45 AM – 6:15 PM

• Afternoon Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

Employment Type:

• Full-time (approximately 40 hours per week, to be confirmed)

• 6 – 8 days

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance

• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries professionally

• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining high customer satisfaction

• Monitor inventory levels, product display, and replenishment through accurate forecasting

• Operate the cash register and manage opening and closing of the POS system

• Prepare and update staff duty rosters

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the team to maintain a positive working environment

• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• Attend meetings as required
