The Restaurant Manager oversees daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest experience, strong team leadership, and efficient, profitable operations. This role works closely with both front-of-house and kitchen teams to uphold Kotuwa’s service standards and brand values

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain high standards of hospitality and service
• Manage and train front-of-house staff, including scheduling and performance
• Oversee daily operations, opening/closing procedures, and service flow
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing requirements
• Monitor sales, labour costs, and operational efficiency
• Manage front-of-house inventory and supplier coordination
• Support marketing initiatives, events, and business growth

Job Requirement

• 3–5 years’ experience in a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Experience in full-service dining environments
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Proficient with POS systems and basic reporting
