Job Description: Manage the daily operation of a ramen restaurant including kitchen, service and administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in ramen or Japanese restaurant business.

2. Native Japanese speaker.

3. Fluent English speaker.

4. Cook ramen and Japanese appetizers.
