Job Summary

As Reservation Executive at Mama Shelter Singapore, you will lead the reservation process to deliver seamless guest experiences, optimize room occupancy, and support revenue growth through strategic coordination and team mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily reservations for rooms, packages, and special offers to ensure accurate booking and prevent overbooking or underbooking scenarios
• Deliver professional and engaging guest service by handling inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms promptly and effectively
• Collaborate with sales, front office, and revenue teams to analyze booking trends and implement strategies that maximize occupancy and revenue
• Coordinate showroom viewings to support sales efforts and enhance guest engagement
• Monitor reservation data to identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue optimization
• Train and mentor reservation team members to maintain Mama Shelter’s high standards of hospitality and operational excellence
• Utilize reservation software and online booking platforms (Opera, Hotellink, TARS, SABA, Key Management System) to ensure operational efficiency and data accuracy

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel reservations, with supervisory experience preferred
• Proficient in using reservation systems and online booking platforms to support daily operations
• Strong organizational skills demonstrated by managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills to engage confidently with guests and internal teams
• Positive and energetic attitude focused on creating memorable guest experiences
