Research Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Research Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our investment team. Your key responsibilities will include:

Research:

●       Engage in research for new investment strategies and applications such as multi asset strategy

●       Create and maintain database for investment research

Portfolio Management Support:

●       Perform daily monitoring and administration of investment portfolios to ensure alignment with our established investment strategies and processes.

●       Maintain accurate and up-to-date portfolio data.

●       Assist the portfolio manager with portfolio management functions and decision-making.

●       Liaise with brokers and custodians to manage trades.

●       Provide fund performance updates to all stakeholders.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who possess strong analytical aptitude and a genuine interest in financial markets. The ideal candidate will have:

Education

●       A diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Attitude & Interpersonal Skills

●       A proactive and positive mindset.

●       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Technical Proficiency

●       Working knowledge of programming languages such as R, Python, VBA, or SQL.

Advantageous Knowledge

●       Familiarity with financial data platforms such as Bloomberg and Capital IQ.

●       Understanding of quantitative investment styles and methodologies.

Personal Attributes

●       Meticulous attention to detail.
