About the Role

As a Relationship Manager, you’ll be the trusted advisor for corporate clients seeking secured financing solutions. You’ll work in a supportive, team-oriented environment where integrity and collaboration come first.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire & Grow: Identify and onboard new corporate clients for property-backed loans, while nurturing existing relationships.
• Advise & Guide: Promote our range of financial solutions and provide clear, consultative guidance tailored to client needs.
• Deliver Results: Achieve KPIs through strategic prospecting and relationship-driven sales—not transactional deals.
• Network & Connect: Build a strong referral network through genuine partnerships and industry engagement.
• Analyze & Recommend: Prepare credit proposals with financial analysis that reflects a deep understanding of client objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.
• 1–2 years’ experience in secured lending, term loans, or mortgage financing preferred.
• Background in B2B sales from financial/credit firms like is advantageous.
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented—without compromising integrity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to listen, understand, and solve client challenges.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, family-like team culture.
• Solid understanding of market trends and customer needs.
