Regional Logistics Executive (Retail & E-commerce) - Retail MNC/Central/S$4000

We are partnering with a premium lifestyle fashion brand with a strong and growing presence across Southeast Asia. As part of their regional expansion, they are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Regional Logistics Executive to support supply chain and fulfilment operations.

This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth retail and e-commerce logistics, working closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage retail store replenishment and returns to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment
• Coordinate closely with warehouse and transport partners for smooth delivery operations
• Oversee e-commerce order fulfilment, last mile delivery, and returns processing
• Handle shipment of store fixtures, marketing materials, and non-merchandise items
• Monitor and manage inventory quality, including labelling and tagging processes
• Support regional logistics operations and handle ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain
• Experience in retail or fashion industry will be an advantage
• Strong knowledge of shipping regulations, customs processes, and warehouse operations
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Proficient in MS Office, ERP knowledge is a plus
• Positive attitude with a collaborative approach to work
