Job Summary
Oversee and lead comprehensive HR functions across multiple countries, driving strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals while ensuring compliance with local regulations and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Support departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans that fit with the overall business direction.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and local regulations.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and staff welfare programs.
- Support managers in training, talent development planning.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and reporting requirements.
- Handle employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Champion a positive, transparent, and collaborative workplace culture. Manage the Regional HR team in Singapore, Thailand and China.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.
- Competency in analyzing HR metrics and data, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction surveys, and performance metrics, to make informed decisions and improve HR processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Passion for driving process improvements and implementing best practices in HR.
