Mainly but not limited to

- Process customers' documents to issue the correct gift/item to customers

- Answer to customers' enquiries

- 5 work days per week (able to commit weekends)

Requirements

- Customer service orientated

- Able to speak and write in basic english.

- Basic microsoft office

No experience needed, training will be provided
