Job Description
Responsibilities
Partner with local management and HQ business leaders to plan and manage headcount, recruitment needs, and hiring budgets.
Develop and expand local sourcing channels to attract top talent while optimizing recruitment costs.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring all processes and workflows are completed accurately and on time.
Own and enhance the candidate experience, including designing job postings, job descriptions, and role requirements.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Prepare and deliver recruitment reports according to organizational requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Familiarity with university programs and strong connections with university career offices or student organizations is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, with strong presentation-building skills.
Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin; comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proactive attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
